I find it amazing that this still happens because everone knows they have sting ops in that park constantly.
The trysts have been going on for DECADES...as long as I can remember from the 60's !!!!
Sting operations nailed politicians, clergy, young and old...
I wouldn't spend one second in that park and I do not recommend this park to any family with children or without.
What the hell is Erie County doing about this problem?
Just set up another sting to catch a few more perverts?

True - deep psycholgical issues with these guys who are just daring to get caught.Originally posted by LHardy

Its like smoking in high school....
I never understood why people had to smoke in High School when they could smoke all they wanted before and after. All they had to do it was on their own time.
Now i can understand if you want to meet someone at a park...thats cool and I wouldnt condone anyone from that...
but gosh..if your into something sexual beyond kissing or cuddling...give them your number or get a room so the rest of us can enjoy the park.
Why complain about it?
It's about the only service in Erie county that's free!
Believe me, i dont care! Just be discreet about it
There are children and families at parks and you dont want your children effected nor do you want someone's car shaking and moaning while your cooking hot dogs and burgers (LOL)
If their parked alone, privately and discreetly, I dont care. Believe me I dont care.
I dont support entrapment ... I think its just harrassment.
I know i was getting my car fixed, went to the store and got food, then walked over to the park. I ate my food and took a nap on the park bench. I thought absolutely nothing of it at all until the police arrived and asked what I was approached for sex (I wont go into details but they did unzip themselves)...to which i responded no thank you, then shortly after a police car pulled up and they said they were patroling the park and wanted to know what a single man was doing in the park.
To me thats just crossing a line, since when is a single man eating food and taking a nap in a public park loitering or a public menace.
Needless to say i called and my car was ready about 40 minutes later....so i didnt need to stick around much longer...but still.
Its just kinda sad that a single man is under so much prejudice and suspicion for doing an absolutely normal and innocent activity.
