Madoff. com was taken over by the government, and now contains information for people who lost money to Berne Madoff.
There is one page on the site that is dedicated to bankruptcy filings, and contains PDF copies of all of the filings. Anyone, this handwritten Motion (IT's a PDF File) was filed today, by one Jonathan Lee Riches, also known as inmate number 40948018.
In it, Mr. Riches says "Mr. Madoff took pension funds from me and other prisoners at ort Williamsburg."......
He also goes on to say how he met Madoff on eharmony. com...
