According to this report County Executive Mark Poloncarz hopes that most of the required funds will come from the state, and the Buffalo Bills hopefully will kick in some of the funding following the trend of other NFL cities. The state of New York is said to receive between $10 million-$20 million annually from tax revenues that are generated from the BuffaloBills annually from playing in western New York, and county government is hoping they will pay for the bulk of the requested renovations over a three year period- Read on

If the state makes 10 to 20 million a year that would be $30 million to $60 million over 3 years. Correct?

So how much more that the highside of $60 million do they wanted the state to cover? You want the state to "spend" how much more than the tax revenue produced?

An "open letter" is a letter one has sent to a particular individual and then published it for general public view. It is not merely a blog one has written.

And please, it is "in regard to". "Regards" are something you give to Broadway.

$400 million but this is for a year round revenue producing complex. Take a look at what Indianapolis , Indiana did with a $720 million investment in four years they grossed over 2.25 Billion and created over 4200 new jobs plus had a Super bowl that brought in over 642 million dollars in one week. Outside of the tax dollars that's all you get from Ralph Wilson Stadium and its only used 7-9 times per year. Plus renovating the stadium will not secure the future of the Bills in WNY.
