You People Think I Make This Stuff Up!!!

Joel has done it again!
This time with the help of his pal "Georgie Porgie" from Albany.
This is how I got the story.
Remember a couple of weeks ago when they rode in the car up to Lewiston togather?
The conversation went something like;
"This is a fine mess you have gotten us into Joel!"
"Gee, George I'm sorry! What are we gonna do George, what are we gonna do?"
"Quiet, you moran while I figure this mess out"
(Cell phone rings to the tune of "Hail to The Chief")
"Oh,no, it's Andy from the partnership"say's Patacki.
"Hello. Andy? zat you?" pause
(One sided conversation)
"We were just trying to fig......"
pause.
"But"
Long pause
"I got ya. Brilliant. Why didn't I think of that?"
"I'll get right on it."
"Wha'd he say George, wha'd he say?"
"Pay attention, ya slug, this is the plan"
"I am gonna create a 'soft' control board, see. And I am gonna give ya fifty million dollars.."
But George you didn't give Buffalo nuttin when yas created their..."
"QUIET, ya mug before I pulverizez ya."
"You get the fifty million as long as you take over the city like we planned before, untill youse screwed it up."
"How we gonna get the city?"
"Simple. I 'll only give you the fifty million if you merge services just like we said before. This way you come out on top controlling everything and you get all the patronage and contracts to distribute right before they elect that Black guy, what's his name....? oh yeah Brian Brown, I think it was."
"I get it", say's Joel.
"Boy.There is more to that Andy than a pretty Bow tie and a goofy mustache!!!"
"So you got it?"
"I think so, But let me go over it. I get the cash if I push my regionalism down the city's throat. I get to remain in power and with the county taxpayers picking up the tab, I get all the city patronage and private contracts to dole out, now that they cought up to me in county hall. Is that it George? "
" That's it Joel, you get everything you were shooting for all along. Its like being rewarded for making a mess of things. The beauty of it is those dupes who you screwed the last time won't even realize your screwing them again, they'll think were balling them out!!!, Ha Ha Ha!!!"


"I love it " say's Joel.
" Just don't screw it up this time. I don't know how many times the public will fall for it."
"Are you kidding? This is WNY, they will never stop falling for it!"

At least thats what the driver told me took place when I was buying him drinks in a bar one night. I have no reason to doubt him.
