Who did the highest-income, best-educated vote for?

Obama. Maybe they know something that the white guys wishing for 1950 redux don't know.

Asian Americans are the highest-income, best-educated and fastest-growing racial group in the United States. They are more satisfied than the general public with their lives, finances and the direction of the country, and they place more value than other Americans do on marriage, parenthood, hard work and career success, according to a comprehensive new nationwide survey by the Pew Research Center.

So who did Asians vote for and by how much?

Washington, DC—Asian Americans voted for President Barack Obama in enormous numbers this election, according to the Asian American Election Eve Poll, a joint project of the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD) and Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF). While only 41% identify as Democrats, Asian American voters broke for Barack Obama by a huge margin, with 72% voting for the President and 26% for Mitt Romney. In Congressional races, 73% of Asian American voters backed Democratic candidates, while 27% backed Republicans.

50,000,000 million plus voters still voted for Romney. The "government" spends too much money on items that have next to no measurable benefits.

We have money taken from us at the local level of government for their "services", we have money taken at the county level of government for their "services", we have money taken from us at the state level for their "services" and finally money taken from us at the federal level...it adds up fast. People finally get tired of that. The Net Taxpayer's money.

Then, I presume you'll be one of the first to set up shop in Somalia then? They take no money from you, and provide no services either.

Feel free to move then, if you don't like funding schools, FD, PD, road maintenance, etc etc

Also, most Asians in the US are immigrants themselves or the children or grandchildren of immigrants, so the GOP's anti-immigrant rhetoric and positions hit close to home, especially the English-only crap. Furthermore, there are significant numbers of illegal immigrant Chinese in the US, so many Chinese, especially those living in larger Chinese communities, know or know of, "illegals". It makes the hatred the GOP shows towards "illegals" (which is really about color since they don't get upset about the Canadian "illegals") very personal for Chinese just as it does for Latinos, even when they're citizens.

The rich orchestrated the scheme to destroy the middle class and to create the elite class...wars in Iraq/Afghanistan are paid 4 on the backs of the working middle class and poor/ while the rich got their tax cuts.

It's the poor who get drafted...our sons who get their legs blown off and bodies blown apart...the rich just stand back and call all the shots and tell you guys (through Limbaugh and Oreilly) how you would be better off & much they care about you when in reality they dont.
