    This ROCKS

The protesters had to leave their signs outside. Deputies were concerned that the signs would block views and perhaps could be used as weapons.
The signs were of a light card board with thin sticks for handles and they thought they could be used for weapons?

Only 2 Legs talked to crowd

Did any station even mention that only Al DeBenedetti and Barry Weinstein even stopped to talk to the protestors ?

The rest of them hid from us.

True, DeB... spoke for almost 20 mins to people about the immediate issues and suggestions for the next step in opposing the legislature status quo. Was interesting and certainly wasn't carried.

What i thought I heard was comments like "we don't know all the details" and the best thing to do it raise it .25 at least.

Don't you think if "Erie County service business" knew what they were doing we would never be at this point?

WHy is holt the legilator leader?

I'm not taking a shot at holt but?

Wouldn't the legislature in general want the brightest of the group being majority leader seeing they run the meeting it seems?

I "hear" it wasn't based on qualifications or strong leadership potential but obviously the 15 member legislature voted in majority for Holt to be the chair so to understand the marching orders of the majority In hindsight, I would have to believe the legislative majority, at the least, feel they have not been particularly well represented under his leadership.

What did Mr. Holt do in his prior life, that is prior to the legislature? What were his bullet point competencies as a potential legislator before being elected to the legislature?
