But it's for the children!!! They are only looking out for the kids. How can their salaries go up if they aren't allowed to steal.... err, I mean get more tax money from the sap's.... err the uninvolved parent's of the children.
Seriously: They don't care what the taxes go up to. They make more than most of the people that pay their salary!!! Their state pensions are guaranteed by the taxpayer and once the retire they pay no tax on their pensions. What a sweet deal they get already. But they are mad because the 2% cap is stopping them from getting even more. BooHoo! I have to wonder if the taxpayer will be picking up their court costs as well?

If you don't know how to prevent that proposal from being adopted, then you should probably be suing the school district for malpractice that gave you a diploma.
