    What are you eating at a Chinese Restaurant ?

    Do you really know what you are eating at a Chinese Restaurant ? What kind of animal was is it taken from

    Do they use roadkill and spice it up and call it chicken or beef?

    You attack my redneck roots when dismissing the culinary pleasures of roadkill. Most likely, it is fresher and more nutritious than hormone-pumped beef and chicken. In the hands of an experienced mountain-topper you would prefer the groundhog.

    What's the problem with soup kitchens serving a recent deer, moose, rabbit, or bear kill?
