County government should not be treated as a prize from an election, where the friends and family of the victor are rewarded with high paying patronage jobs at a time when librarians, civil servants (like auditors, rodent control and probation officers) and sheriff deputies are laid off. Here's the minimum qualifications -

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of business experience, which included at least two (2) years involving contract and purchasing activities of a large Governmental or commercial organization.

It was just a big tangled web of lies after the non-published job was handed to Mark Poloncarz' brother, the Chef, and news got out exposing it for what it was - a political/nepotism plum job he would never had gotten on his own merits or experience.

First, Mark "not even a hint of impropriety" Poloncarz claimed he knew nothing about it, had no hand in it, and wasn't going to do anything about it. Then, we had Buffalo Pundit come on here as his shill telling us Rob Poloncarz was an "Executive Chef" at Disney's Epcot Center and, as such, had vast business management experience, including hands on contact experience from handling the huge pool of vendors associated with such a Fortune 500 company - ALL OF THAT WAS PROVEN TO BE A BIG FAT LIE in the preceding pages of this very thread. Our own community acvitism and research totally exposed Rob Poloncarz as NOT being an executive chef, NOT having ANYTHING to do with business management, vendors or CONTRACTS at Disney or anywhere else.
