Edit: Forget it, I see it now. He was talking on his cellphone and the kid appeared to be excited, probably yelling. Duh! Idiot shouldn't be talking on his phone in a public place and expect total quiet. If he'd do that to someone else's kid in public makes you wonder what he would do to his own at home. Hopefully he doesn't have any.
