Safe streets? Falls pedestrians also must toe the line
Amid crackdown on crime, police cognizant of need to deter walkers from recklessness

I don't see anything happening. This is a city that claims arrests are in the 19th and Niagara st area. The reason for that is,You hardly ever see a cop around there to arrest people. Chella tried to do something about this last year, but then, like now it's all talk.Wonder if the idiots who where walking a couch down the middle of a street in LaSalle and got hit the other night were related to somebody in city hall and now there going to move on it. And now the answer to where the funds for Operation IMPACT are going is in here. Amazing, again, nothing to see here just more dust to get blown from one spot to another so that people like the block club members can say the city is doing something......
