Yeah, what a terrible man. He's definitely evil...god forbid one of the wealthiest countries on earth reach out to help global citizens.

How could you possibly be against this? For starters if people are better educated then they will be less likely to be manipulated by some power hungry terrorist who could actually organize them into armies...

It's easy to be against it. It's global socialism.

We as a nation already give more than any other country in the world to fight or improve everything in or on the list.
Democrats have stated how bad it is in our own country and that we need to take care of our own first. This is hardly taking care of our own first, so it flies in the face of the democrat credo. It's globalism.

Democrats wale and moan about jobs going oversees. Jobs that support countries in the third world helping them come into their industrial evolutions.
Instead, what your saying is keep them down and give them hand outs from the hard working citizens of the US.

As cgood would say - More free cheese, on the backs of hard working Americans. Who's only desire it is too take care of their own families first.
If there is anything left over, once the bills are paid, it should be our own personal decision were and how our money is spent. Again Americans are the most generous of all cultures on the globe.

Maybe, just maybe, some Americans do not feel like propping up dictators and thugs who will never spend the stolen money on their people. The money will go as far as their back pockets and the UN is a shining example of this with the corrupt systems they set up.
This law helps to perpetuate a global bureaucracy based on a false notion of ending global poverty. It is a scam and saps like you are buying the sales pitch.

If you wish to spend your money on such a scheme, go right ahead but do not demand it of others for your own personal sense of gratuity.

So long as one citizen in America is homeless, illiterate, dependent on foreign oil, or in need of medical care, it's difficult for me to agree with you.

Come on Stig. Don't be mamby-pamby.
If you do not agree, say so.
Saying it is difficult to agree means you agree.

This is a problem in America. People find it difficult to speak their minds for fear of upsetting some fictitious sense of having to be nice about everything.
We should not have to fear being opposed to things we do not agree with. The left in this country have done a great job paling phobias upon Americans that they no longer speak their mind.

Political correctness and the fairness doctrine come to mind.

fix this country first and show the others how it is done. they all live on the same world. if the U.S.A. can succeed so can they. you cant keep blaming people for being successful. we have what we do because we allow people to try getting wealthy. if we keep taking everything they make it will leave them with 2 choices 1 quit trying or 2 leave our country. either way our country dies

You can give all your money to this cause. I want to keep my money and decide for myself who is to get my financial help. I have been doing so for a long time now. Would it be OK with you if you send me your money and allow me to decide who gets it in return? I really doubt it! But, if I am wrong, just say so and I will PM you with my address so you can send the checks. I promise that I will give probably all of your money to a worthy cause. Maybe even to help educate some people so that they would be less likely to be manipulated by some power hungry terrorist who could actually organize them into armies. You will just have to trust me.

I agree. America should not solve the world's problems until the problems at home are solved. This is why we need to stop wasting money in Iraq.

If you want to help out the world why don't you donate your money. I for one don't wish to have any more of my money transfered to this scholastic welfare cause.

Where do get the idea the the United States is the wealthiest nation in the world. The last I heard we are the biggest debtor nation in the world.
Russia didn't make me vote for Trump, Hillary did.

It is frightening if Obama truly wants to do this,, typical tax and spend democrat.

Where do all you Obama supporters think this money is going to come from?
    You are all nuts.

Everyday,, Obama reveals more and more his socialist plans,, Hardy brought up a great point that the Dems want to protect our jobs....Guess who handed the world our economy on a platter........

Clinton.. free trade, Clinton letting China pretty much dump its cheap crap on our shores.

Clinton's support of the failed CRA

    That's your hero!!

Good luck with Obama,, maybe if your lucky he can turn the USA socialist NY style..

    Costa Rica here I come.

Bush was a typical SPEND and DON'T tax republican. This is why we're in the mess we're in now.

Bush spent tons of money on the war in Iraq. (I'm not faulting him for it, just stating a fact). Why didn't Bush raise taxes to cover the war debts?

Bush is basically spending on a credit card and asking the next president to pay it back. Exactly what Reagan did.

Clinton got the budget under control, and Obama will do the same.

Obama will balance the budget by tax increases on the rich. THIS is how he will do it.

Republicans talk the talk but do not walk the walk.

I wonder if Obama will use our money to support his brother, George Hussein Onyango Obama.

He's currently living in a hut in a ramshackle town of Huruma on the outskirts of Nairobi, "on less than a dollar a month".
