    Thumbs up Is it right?

    The government makes too easy for the Spanish speaking population, "For spanish speaking-press two." What about other nationalities? They don't have this privilage. They have no choice but to learn. Is it right?

    the truant officer or they police Should be checking to find out why the kid was not in school. a warning is given and parents told the kid cant miss more time with out the parents facing arrest. fifty days should mean the kid has a major medical problem. if the parents cared they would make sure both they and their children learns English.
    One good thing about growing old is your secrets are safe with your friends they can't remember them either

    Puerto Ricans are American citizens. Don't you know that? They enjoy American freedom of speech, movement, and public benefits.

    they teach English in every grade in Puerto Rico so what other excuse do they have
