Why does it need to go to review?

Do they have urine test for drugs that act like pregnacy test? Pee on a strip and if the words appear "Gotcha" you don't collect welfare that someone else had to work for. If you work and earn your own money you can spend it on all the drugs you want.

Shouldn't we have drug testing for all people eating at the public trough - like republican governors and congressman? I bet Ron would have a Paul over that.

Taken to it's logical course, we should drug test anyone who benefits from the state. Which means everybody.

Michigan also has a 4 year cash assistance limit. Wisconsin and New Jersey have worked on public employee pension reform. But NYS does nothing regarding welfare or the pension crisis.
