Should Indian Owned Companies Obey Federal Labor Laws When Employing Non-indians?

SHOULD INDIAN OWNED COMPANIES OBEY FEDERAL LABOR LAWS WHEN EMPLOYING NON-INDIANS?

    OR

SHOULD AN INDIAN OWNED COMPANY BE EXEMPT FROM LAWS REGARDING A 40 HOUR WORKWEEK FOR NON-INDIANS EMPLOYEES?

SHOULD AN INDIAN OWNED COMPANY BE EXEMPT FROM LAWS REGARDING OVER-TIME FOR NON-INDIAN EMPLOYEES?

SHOULD AN INDIAN OWNED COMPANY BE EXEMPT FROM LAWS INVOLVING DISCRIMINATION AND WORKER SAFETY FOR NON-INDIAN EMPLOYEES?

SHOULD AN INDIAN OWNED COMPANY BE EXEMPT FROM LAWS REQUIRING SOCIAL SECURITY, HEALTH, DISABILITY AND WORKMANS COMPENSATION FOR NON-INDIAN EMPLOYEES?

MY THINKING IS THAT IF A COMPANY HAS NON-INDIAN CUSTOMERS AND NON-INDIAN EMPLOYEES, THEN ITS NOT A COMPANY WHOSE LIMITS ARE SOLELY PROTECTED BY INDIAN SOVEREIGNTY BUT IS JUST A COMPANY OWNED BY INDIANS SUBJECT TO THE SAME FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AS EVERY OTHER COMPANY.

    WHAT ABOUT CHILD LABOR LAWS?

    WHAT ABOUT CHILD LABOR LAWS?

DOES INDIAN SOVEREIGNTY EXEMPT INDIAN BUSINESSES CHILD LABOR LAWS?

"WOULDNT IT BE CUTE TO HIRE 6-14 YEAR OLD GIRLS TO SERVE ALCOHOL....AFTER THEIR PARENTS GAMBLED THEIR MONEY AWAY....ITS ONLY RIGHT THAT THOSE KIDS SHOULD SELL THEIR CHILDHOOD AND PAY THEIR WAY....MOST KIDS LOOSE THEIR VIRGINITY BY THAT AGE ANYWAY...AND ITS A GOOD CLEAN FAMILY FRIENDLY BUSINESS....GAMBLING, DRUGS, ADULTERY, PROSTITUTION, ADDICTION....ITS PART OF LIFE...EVERY FAMILY DEALS WITH THAT STUFF. IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT, THEN ITS YOUR PROBLEM. I CAN HANDLE IT....TO BAD FOR YOU IF YOU CANT.

CHURCH, FAMILY, COMMUNITY, EDUCATION.....THATS ALL JUST SO BORING...THERES NO EXCITEMENT IN THAT!

They are a sovereign nation. Try using the same theory about any third world county and even some that are not. If you dont like it dont contribute to them it's that easy. If their people have a problem with it they will stand up for the rights they want. Have you ever seen tires burn on the 90? They aren't affraid of anyone or anything if they believed they are being harmed.

You can't enforce US laborlaws on to a sovereign nation just because they hire workers from outside that nation. Many US citizens work outside of or legal boundry. They all know what the deals are when they sign up. That is called FREEDOM OF CHOICE!
    Are you agianst that?

Its about fairness, justice and equal representation

Its about fairness, justice and equal representation

Its not about religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or anything else.

As far as I am concerned, I agree with the federal government and the supreme court that all lands and territories belong to the United States. There are no nation states within the United States.

I accept indian owned businesses that emply indians on indian owned land, there are agreements for self administration.

However, Indian ownded businesses that arent on indianed owned land, or employ non-indians or have the majority of non-indian customers are really nothing more than a tax shelter.

I oppose Rights without Responsibilities. I dont support people who think themselves exempt from US Law and if they riot or dont care about private property or burn tires (hazardous waste) well thats what police and guns are for.

OH BY THE WAY THEY HAVE A NEW GUN TO DISPERSE CROWDS...ITS CALLED A MICROWAVE GUN....THEY FIRE MICROWAVES AT YOUR BODY....SO YOU START TO FEEL A WARMING IN YOUR BODY...IF YOU DONT CEASE AND DESIST, IT FEELS LIKE YOUR BEING COOKED FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

NO MORE GUNS. NO MORE VIOLENCE. IF THEY WANT TO THREATEN VIOLENCE OR INTIMIDATION...I SUPPORT NON-VIOLENT MEANS OF ENDING THE HOSTILITY.

SORRY YOU DISAGREE BUT NO-ONE SHOULD BE EXEMPT FROM DISCRIMINATION, SAFETY, FAIR WAGE

SORRY YOU DISAGREE BUT NO-ONE SHOULD BE EXEMPT FROM DISCRIMINATION, SAFETY OR FAIR WAGES

IT WAS IN THE NEWSPAPER HOW ONLY INDIANS ARE GETTING PROMOTED AT INDIAN OWNED CASINOS

SORRY, I SUPPORT EVERYONE TO WORK IN A FAIR, SAFE AND DISCRIMINATION FREE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

IF AN INDIAN OWNS A COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ARE NON-INDIANS, THEN NON-INDIANS SHOULD BE PROTECTED BY US LABOR LAWS.

INDIAN SOVEREIGNTY IS ABOUT SELF ADMINISTRATION...INDIANS ARE US CITIZENS, THEIR LAND IS US PROPERTY AND THEY ARE FEDERAL LAW CAN BE EXCERSIZED ON INDIANS REGARDLESS OF THEIR SOVEREIGNTY.

INDIAN SOVEREIGNTY DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE A FOREIGN NATION.

Don't bring a microwave to a gun fight. Bullets will still cook you faster than your little wave gun.

Does the microwave gun operate on a 110 or 220 electrical supply? I bet it cooks a mean baked potato.

Well, I dont support threats or violence to achieve their aims

Well, I dont support threats or violence to achieve their aims

So if people say that Indians dont care about their lives...and will respond with violence and riots...

I support the local police, the county, the state and federal government using non-violent means and if necessary violent means to keep the peace.

Perhaps a peaceful negotiation stands a better chance if the perception is that people will support the full enforcement of the law if necessary.
