    Fed, ECB offer aid to global financial system

    NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Europe's hurting for cash, and central banks around the world are stepping in to give it a boost.
    The Federal Reserve, along with five other central banks, acted Wednesday to make it cheaper for banks around the world to borrow U.S. dollars.

    And you point? One day of gains and then what? The dow has been hovering between 11,000 to 12,000 for a while now.

    By lending money it is enabling bad practices to continue. Wouldn't you agree?

    Why not let "rich" entities lend them money and leave "our" money that we are on the hook for out of it?
