    Thumbs up Principle of Investing

Define risk and return. Explain the relationships between two. Is it worth to invest?

Risk and return are directly proportionate.

What else do you want to know?

I heard a funny line the other day. Someone asked me how my 201K was doing. I said "You mean 401K?"

He replied no, the market is doing so badly that everyones 401 has been reduced to a 201........

Investment is a gamble. It was, is and will be. It's a risk in order to get profitable return. Think about simple examples: education, jobs, businesses. Anything. The focus, however, is the same. Investing in something or somebody means to get higher return.
