    So is it a rider in their insurance clause?

    So sacklessness, stoneless or what ever term someone uses when you see people sit by and let things happen.

    Why do government employees have a worry about getting fired for pointing items out that bone the community? They have a "union" to protect them don't they? Why pay any dues at all to a union if you really don't have your job security covered?

    depending on who the employee is talking to and what they are talking about, it is governed by the whistle blowers act. The only problem with that is there is a process that the employee must follow. If they follow it, they will not be harmed. Like anything else, the law must be followed. If not no one can help them. Strong union or not.
