    Assessment equity???

Looking at these 2 similar houses in Lancaster, I can't comprehend the vast difference in value.

I think I can answer. The Home on Pleasant View was a partial as of Taxable status day of March 1st, so a partial Assessment was placed on.At that point it was still in process and builder held according to our inspection and permit records. We will do a review of all the open permits starting in January , and then place a new value on the property as of the new taxable status date of March 1st 2012. This happens a lot on new construction as we must value as of March 1st.From what I can tell, it will be fully values on our 2012 roll.

Call me with any additional questions-Office 683-1311 or cell 870-4085

    Thanks
