Jimmy Boy has passed away Saturday Morning

The longest standing Mayor of the City of Buffalo's history has succumb to complications due to a stroke he suffered, and passed peacefully away at Father Baker Manor Saturday morning. His family was present during his last moments of his life, he will be missed.

Is Riven's signature, (" I hate people they're so mouthy.",) meant to insinuate he hated Jimmy?
