Baby Robins at the window sill.

What a cool thing to find today.

Looks like the birds were busy while I'm at work. I took these pictures threw the glass.

    Birds Nest

So anyone know what type of nest this is?

I would guess maybe a sparrow? Or more likely a robin.

It's a pair of robins for sure. They were spotted this morning working on thier baby nursery

This may give you a better idea of the size of the nest...

Looks like the lined it with more dried grass today...

I'm thinking about setting up a web type cam so people can peek in when they want to see how the babies are coming along...

    That's awesome.
One beautiful thing about having a government of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations is that every disaster is measured in terms of economic loss. It's sort of like getting your arm sheared off in a car accident and thinking, "Damn, now it'll take longer to fold the laundry" as blood spurts from your arteries. - The Rude Pundit

I bet I could figure out a way to do a time lapse type video. That would be neat watching them go from eggs to birds in 10 minutes.

I'd love to see that, Res. Last year, almost every time I mowed the lawn, a male robin followed along behind me & picked up the cut pieces of grass. A bird built a nest in one of my apple trees, but I can't tell what kind of bird lives in it.

Typical man - waited to set up the bassinet, until the day before it was needed.

Beautiful egg, but don't they usually lay 3 or so?

Wow that was fast !! Yes I thought they usually has more than one egg also.

I have a family of chicadees back in their bird house next to my bedroom window. I cant see in it to see the babies though. I put the house up high in the tree.

Rez, are you going to set up the web cam?
