I agree. If you could have seen the building in 2002 before it was restored, you'd think it wasn't possible to make it look as it does today! Congratulations to Doug Swift and Howard Zemsky of City View for a great job!
The local Buffalo based company KnowledgeAir, which is located in the Larkin building has great meeting room rentals in buffalo for any company looking to host a meeting or training event.
The building is gorgeous, and the cafeteria is excellent. I would suggest anyone living in Buffalo to visit the Larkin Building and see what a great job City View properties has done in revitalizing this area.

It was a mess before.
http://www.pbs.org/flw/buildings/lar..._exterior.html<----- check out this web-site for the original Frank Lloyd Wright Larkin Building that only lasted from 1904 until 1950............saddest demolition in WNY's history............
Great pic. I wish it were still around.
Wright was a genius , he actually used the giant open air attrium before anyone else as a natural air conditioning system......then had vents to move the heat back down to floor level like recycled heat during the winter , brilliant , just brilliant I say..............Originally Posted by ralanyo
sad is that it only was here for 46 years , built in 1904 , we still have many buildings that old or older..............Originally Posted by ralanyo
