New claims against the mayor surfaced Monday after a retired Detroit police clerk said that in 2002 she saw a report from stripper Tamara Greene that describes a fight she had with the mayor's wife, Carlita, during a party at the mayor"s Manoogian Mansion.

In a court affidavit, the clerk, Joyce Rogers of Troy, Mich., said Miss Greene, who was shot to death in 2003, told police that Mrs. Kilpatrick attacked her with a wooden object after seeing her touching the mayo
