There was a drainage company truck parked out front of that house yesterday when I drove by.

Yeah, well the CEO still is not helping those homeowners with their drainage issues which were created by the developer. So the homeowners paid out a tremendous amount of money by putting in pipes and creek beds. Now here is where the CEO has failed two homeowners on drainage, the developer put in the sump pumps to both homes and the pipes that are outside of the home where the water drains from the sump pumps go nowhere allowing the water to pond. They had drainage specialists out to help mitigate the problem. Again, homeowners paid $$ to redo the sump pump piping allowing it to flow freely to the lake. It is truly a mess. The CEO needs to take the time to inspect this developer. They are doing all kinds of things that are not to code. And to make mattesr worse, this developer is building on the corner of Aurora & William Street where the Briarwood Daycare Center is. The CEO needs to make sure he is meeting code on this project.

For some odd reason, gorja I cannot locate this complaint. It gives me the bylaws of this document.

I hope the CEO can get to the bottom of these issue, but mainly to address them with these developers that have had full rein to develop around the town without consideration as to the negative impact it may have long term. The town needs to have a firm handle on these developers.

When we look at the date, 2017 and note today 5/13/2019 draws us to the status of one particular home that still has not been addressed/remediated by the builder. In fact, on the vacant lot next to this home in question has the two LVL beams still on the ground which now has sat through all the inclement weather now since 2017. Why is that? The problem still exists

Update on this project: The builder has finally honored his word several years later. The deck is under remediation at this time and should be finished within the next week or so.

Regarding those LVL's and the status, they still are rotting on the builders vacant lot. The contractors did inspect those boards, found them to be rotted therefore unusable. How wasteful is that, these boards are very expensive.

But we are happy to see that the project is underway.
