Pawlenty Drops Out Of Presidential Race

    Who will be next?

(Reuters) - Republican Tim Pawlenty, a former Minnesota governor, has decided to drop out of the 2012 presidential race after struggling to convince his party that he would be the best bet to beat Democrat Barack Obama.

His decision came a day after he finished a distant third in the Iowa straw poll, an early test of strength for the candidates seeking the Republican presidential nomination to face President Barack Obama in the November 2012 general election.

Some experts had expected Pawlenty to be a formidable candidate in the Republican field but his campaign failed to gain traction in the early stages of the race.

It will come down to Bachmann and Paul next November. This will give Obama 4 more years.

The chances of Bachmann winning anything besides a golden idiot award are nil. She makes Palin sound like a Rhodes Scholar. Paul would win in a landslide, if he's "allowed" to make it to the general election by the powers that be.
