Prices are going up, overall cost is going down and the Buffalo Bills still are at about the bottom of the NFL for season-ticket prices.

Those are the bottom lines for Bills fans today after the team raised ticket prices for the second straight year.

Prices will rise for most seats. The average cost of a ticket will increase by 10.3 percent, from $46.45 a game to $51.24 a game.

The actual bill season-ticket holders will receive and the amount of product they get is going down. There will be eight home games instead of 10 because of the two games being held in Toronto. Most season-ticket holders will see their cost for one ticket decrease from between $40 for the year (for the best lower bowl seats) to $60 (for a variety of other sections).

The Bills have not released prices for the two games in Toronto's Rogers Centre.

The Bills prices were the least expensive in the NFL last year and will be at the most second from the bottom in 2008. Only Jacksonville, which had an average of $49.38, had an average in 2007 higher than the Bills' average for the coming season. Jacksonville has not yet announced prices for 2008.
