    it is just like the feds with phantom numbers. at least half of this is ECMCC "special" financing that the County is still the guarantor. the idea that stimulus monies are kept in the vault instead of producing projects with jobs and training is also part of teh scam

    I have to agree with wolfpack. The county should have blown every dollar of stimulus money it received just like the rest of the US did. Actually the county should also blow every dollar of surplus money it has each year just like Marinelli, Whyte, Poloncarz and other county officials want to do. I mean, how does Collins expect to get re-elected if he doesn't use all our money supporting the unions and other groups that pump money into election campaigns?

    The county should behave just like all of those people out there facing foreclosure and bankruptcy.
