It's like making Rob Ray the sabres head coach.

every off season move this year has been an inside move....we didn't get ONE person from outside the organization....in my opinion.....we're done!!

very sad......and the same is true with the sabres.....

For as lost as both QB's looked right to the end of the season(when they should actually start to look better after a year in their system), this doesn't sound too wonderful for next year. The QB coach, who didn't improve either QB, now a O-coordinator? LoL!!!! Maybe Ralph, with all the money he's saving by paying these guys next to nothing, will go out and get a true #1 receiver, a real tight end or two, a real defensive tackle, and a real linebacker? Probably not though. More of the same from Wilson's organization, mediocrity. Hurry up and waste your money on this B.S., folks!

i don't mind evans as a #1...if we can get an as strong (and bigger) #2...
at LB,we should be fine with posluzny and digiorgio,et al....but what really disturbs me is that all these moves are inside moves from a team that was barely better than mediocre....what are schonerts' credentials to be OC??.....

What do you think of Javon Walker (Broncos/Packers)? He wants to get out to be a number 1. Do you think he would fit with Evans?

I disagree with the statement about improvements in the QBs. Despite the lackluster play of both QB's, both of them did make improvements under this guy.

JP is more of a street player instead of a "smart" player, so no coaching is really going to fix that.

I'm going to take a "wait and see " approach to this guy. Jauron expects the team to make the playoffs next year.

This guy says he's making some changes to the offensive line. Just because he's a rookie doesn't mean he can't do it---some of the best guys in the game have been rookies at some point.

    This is true.
Isn't one of the playoff teams sporting and OC that's like 32 yrs old??
And on the Bills board, alot of the guru's there have been saying he's ready.
Let me articulate this for you:
"I'm not locked in here with them. They're locked in here with me!!"

You are right about Schonert. The move does sound positive from the thread posted there.

I still think Turk may start a few games for the Bills. This team is going backwards. So who will start next season Turk,JP or Trent? I say Turk he's got more time in the game.Watching this team will be like watching Laural and Hardy.
