I just don't see this issue the same as you do. For whatever reason, the federal gov't felt guilty and gave the reservations some perks. Like tax free cigarettes and gas. Fine, any american indian is entitled to those perks, everyone else isn't To me it is no different than the other thread somewhere on this board about a contractor undercutting everyone else because he got materials from the gov't for a gov't contract, and then sold the unused material to the public. It is outright theft. Same for the indians, what they don't use, they shouldn't be allowed to sell at a profit.
