Niagara Falls man fatally shot in feud over money

A dispute over money led to the fatal shooting of a Seventh Street man this afternoon, Niagara Falls police said.

Jhue Kelly, 47, died about an hour after being shot in the abdomen inside his home at 442 Seventh St. Detective Capt. Ernest Palmer, chief of detectives for Niagara Falls police, said Kelly was alive when police arrived on the scene at 3:10 p.m., but died after being taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Police said they know the identity of the attacker, who was still at large. Officers were called to the Seventh Street address to investigate the report of a disturbance involving several people, including shots fired.

Kelly was found lying on a second-floor landing, bleeding from a gunshot wound. A .38-caliber revolver was recovered at the scene, police said.

Further details will be available in Sunday's Buffalo News.

Hey! Leave Dave Chapelle out of this!!!

And Rick James' line was, "Cocaine's a hell of a drug"

I am not making "light" of this guy's murder but yesterday,
    I found out that

95% of marriges end in divorce because of MONEY

Wonder what percent of homicides are money-related?

If drugs (liquid;Easily converted to cash)
are factored in, I assume that MOST homicides are drug related.

And Niagara Falls is facing a police shortage?
Coincidence is the word we use when we can't see the levers and pulleys.

Man we have military planes bringing over drugs into our country and nobody's dare check those planes for drugs.

And I knew people involved in police reports too. Does that make me a criminal? Or BTT?

What that means is that Niagara Falls is really small and when things happen, everyone knows about it.

I "chimed in" because I was explaining how things just seem to happen here.

Small world = everyone knows each other. Which is one of the reasons why we always "complain" about the crime.

Birds of a feather BTT, birds of a feather. You're known by the company you keep.

Quit wondering why you get pulled over.
