In the political world, the Town of Tonawanda was once a GOP bastion. Now it's Dem, in all respects, including town government.

Have the best of times -- but remember: Watch out for those cops...especially the ones in Kenmore. Those guys are there all the time.....

The councilmembers in the town are all at large. They are John Bargnesi, Dan Crangle, Joe Emminger and Lisa Chimera.
Depending on your exact address your County Legislator is either Lynn Marinelli or Tom Loughran.
Your State Assemblyman is Robin Schimminger.
Your State Senator is Mary Lou Rath
Your US Congressmember is Louise Slaughter
