i wanna know how many of you could handle working with 90% black office staff in WNY if most jobs were made up with that kind of ratio ?

If your answer is no, that's what black people have to do everyday of the week.

Different culture, different habits, different way of viewing issues it can be quite stressfull.

I know many of you will never look at things this way.

Basically i'm asking how many of you could trade places with the avg black co -workers and succeed.

Many people do work with a larger proportion of black people. But that's beside the point. The fact is, black people have had 2-300 years to get accustomed to it. They are 11% of the population.

Black people have only had since the 50's and 60's to get on their feet and then once they were doing better, all their leaders were assassinated or set up and then drugs were pumped into the inner cities of America. This in turn ruined a lot of progression that they made.

I worked in an office of eight white woman to one black woman. Our supervisor was a white woman on a power trip. she eventually got the black woman fired for wearing little hats on bad-hair days.

I once worked for an agency that was over 90% Black and I never had a problem.

i was the sales manager at WUFO.....black GM,black PD,the only other white on the staff was one of my sales staff....no problems at all....

I can't ever remember anyone holding down a black person and shooting drugs into their system to make them an addict. These have been choices of the young black community. Quit blaming whites for it!

oh, and by the way, the white community has just as many problem with young people and drug abuse. We just don't air our dirty laundry and blame the black community.
