    Lightbulb Lancaster NY- Cross Creeks Part 2 - 264 building lots

    Here we go folks - Thanks to Lancaster's town Board 264 more building lots + !
    They are tapping into a sewer line that needs its own pumping station just to keep up with present needs - whats going to happen with the added input from Cross Creeks #1 and #2 ?

    Where's the water coming from ?

    Project is Located:Lancaster, Erie County
    Project Description:
    The applicant proposes to extend a sanitary sewer line from Stony Road approximately 1,300 feet east to the proposed 264 lot Cross Creek Subdivision. The sewer line will be be within an existing Erie County Sewer District #4 easement and the regulated 100 foot wide adjacent area of New York State regulated wetland LA-15. The proposed sewer main continues along the northern side of the subdivision, 1,700 feet of which is in the regulated 100 foot adjacent area of the wetland. The subdivision is located on the north side of Pleasant View Drive, west of Pavement Road and south of Ellicott Creek. One stormwater outfall discharges to Ellicott Creek and another to the adjacent area of the state wetland.



    State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
    Project is a Type I action and will not have a significant effect on the environment. A coordinated review with other agencies was performed and a Negative Declaration is on file.
    SEQR Lead Agency:
    Lancaster Town Board
    State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
    A cultural resources survey has been completed. The report of the survey is on file. No archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
    Coastal Management:
    This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
    Opportunity for Public Comment:
    Comments on this project must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person no later than Oct 13 2006.

The action involves the rezoning of approximately 128 acres of land from AR-Agricultural Residential and RCO-Residential Commercial Office to LI-Light Industrial, and the construction of a total of 2,000,000 sq. ft. light industrial facilities. The project is located on the northwest corner of Walden Avenue and pavement road, running north to the southwest corner of Pavement Road and Pleasant View Drive in the Town of Lancaster.

    It appears there was one review in 2004 and one in 2007 - still digging in DEC records.

    It would be interesting to see if anything changed from the 2004 doc to the 2007 doc in regard to impacts and environment.

    I don't know what you're getting at with all this.

    Cross Creek is on North side of Pleasant View. Eastport goes all the way to South side of Pleasant View.

    Why are you conitinually posting all this Eastport stuff on a thread that's title "Cross Creeks?"
