In cities across the US, blacks with the ability to do so, are leaving the urban areas for suburban zip codes. So much for the 'racist' aspect of white people not wanting to live next to blacks. Anyone who still thinks so is an idiot.

It's about people, of all colors, wanting to live in areas with low crime, good schools and in municipal areas where corruption is not the rule. It's about people who want to pay taxes but get a better return on what they are spending.

look at history we had cities filled with Germans Irish polish and blacks . each generation that these groups are here more move out of the cities. now we have Spanish Americans communities growing in the cites and Muslims as these groups settle in the cities the old groups move out to the burbs. the Irish gangs Italian gangs and polish gangs were replaced one after the other now the black gangs will be replaced by the next minority to take over the cities. the cites are the melting pot you heard about in history class it is only natural for the Black's to move out of the cities its history repeating itself again
