This guy was convicted of raping a 12 year old relative. Just because he is a prisoner of the state doesn't mean he should receive health care benefits akin to a state employee.

Now if we can only get smokers, fat arses, and alcoholics off the transplant lists as well, then those of us who really deserve transplants won't have to wait in line.
