If that's so, maybe the owner of New Buffalo Graphics stands to make some money out of it...it seems like the volunteers simply reworked the old "Buffalo: Land of no Illusions" motif
We should be able to come up with a better slogan than "For Real" - that makes no sense, like it could possibly not be for real? I like 'come see for yourself" b/c we tend to get a bad rap. You think that's so? Come see it for yourself.
the more I think about this stupid slogan the more assinine it sounds. "For Real" is urban slang for "I am in complete agreement" now, think about it, when has Buffalo ever been in complete agreement? How about that Peace Brdige?
i see it as a derogatory question. Buffalo. For Real?
Watch the narrative starting at about 3:50 of the video - Corny at best.
The music and narrator makes Buffalo sound like a nursing home. Anyone in their 20's or 30's is going to avoid Buffalo like an STD
At one point the narrator says "Buffalo survived against all odds"!!
But not one mention of City Grill
Exactly. You want to go to Buffalo, for real. (as in- are you nuts)Originally posted by yaksplat:

How about since Buffalo is ( for now) the 2nd biggest city in NYS...
Buffalo: the other New York city
Incredible amount of potential in our area.
I don't understand "buffalo for real"... and I live here... how is someone from Idaho gonna know what "buffalo for real" means? Wasn't there a slogan for Buffalo like "Where life works?" ...WORKS themselves to the bone with high property taxes..
