Friends of WNY Volleyball Hosts 3rd Annual Meat Raffle to Support Student Athletes


Cheektowaga, NY — Friends of WNY Volleyball, a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to empowering student athletes who play volleyball in Western New York, is excited to announce its 3rd Annual Meat Raffle on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The event will take place at the Knights Hall, located at 2735 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227.

Since its inception, Friends of WNY Volleyball has awarded nearly $100,000 in scholarships to graduating student athletes who are pursuing higher education, aiming to lighten the financial burden of pursuing their academic and athletic dreams. This annual meat raffle serves as a key fundraising event that supports the organization’s mission to provide scholarships to deserving athletes across the region.

The Meat Raffle promises a fun-filled evening for all attendees, featuring exciting prizes, a vibrant community atmosphere, and the chance to win a variety of delicious meats. Participants can enjoy the thrill of the raffle while supporting a worthy cause that benefits local student athletes.
