Are you sure it was the Highway Dept? Are there any restaurants near your house?

Come on, now. Under normal circumstance you would say something to the effect of "if they can remove a deer that quickly, then The Town has too many workers."

Besides, how do you know the deer wasn't just napping?

Well I could have taken a photo but it was too cold out this morning. I'm pretty sure it wasn't napping.

I was almost gonna make myself another deer spine/skull.. But didn't feel like dragging it into the back of the yard, too cold.
