The budget. The town has until October 5th to review, modify and present the budget to the public for their review.

The budget then goes before the public for their comments. The public hearing most likely will be held at the October 21 town board meeting.

The 2025 Tentative budget is on the website.

Happy to say only a minimum increase in tax of 0.86%.

Not bad after Ruffino’s screw up, eh?

Analysis of Sample Tax Bill in Town Outside Villages:

ASSUMPTION: Single Family Residential Property in Town Assessed at: $400,000.

Increase of $23.65; 0.86%

From $2,753 to $2,776.65

The $400k house is only 1500 - 1800 sqft now. We've had several houses in our neighborhood sell in that range.
