I couldnt help but laugh at the glaring inaccuracies he starts spewing at 2:42 of that piece where he says, "(Democrats) would like it if some kids didn't have to go to a crummy school in a rotten neighborhood...."
Democrats are the strongest supporters of government monopoly schooling and adamantly opposed to any system that allows for school choice.
