He's waiting for his masters to tell him what to think.

I think the people of the State of New York showed that they are pretty clueless when it comes to Cuomo

So the democratic party endorsed Cuomo. I wonder if it was a screw the non-government laborer/non-government business owner endorsement or pro-save our government ass patronage endorsement.

So Lenny Lenihan what do you think Cuomo's opinion is on this?

What do you all think Carl would do in this situation?

If I was governor my opinion would be "Government shouldn't be in business competing with other gambling establishments". Casino's, Tracks etc...

When OTB first opened up it was before Indian casinos, so called "slots" like Hamburg, and big payout Canadian bingo parlors, so the gambling types who weren't close to a track had somewhere to spend their money. NYS had the chance to hire a bunch of people to support this endeavor.

NYS then started to change the rules. If you bought a ticket for horse #3 to win in the second race, and horse #2 was "scratched" (couldn't run) in that race, horse #3 would become horse #2. So even if you picked the correct horse before the race, you didn't win due to NYS rules.

People got wise to this kind of chicanery.
