We usually don't eat all the mashed potatoes, well fry 'em the next day.
same concept but you can add parm cheese to the patty mix, parsley, even a dash of bread crumbs
hot grittle or frying pan and bam, flip and eat
I am sure everyone is enjoying turkey left overs. But what about the ordinary meals that are left over?
Spagetti, made it last night and had some left over. Has anyone had spagetti fried in a frying pan? I'm talking left over spagetti...
Here it goes:
Hot frying pan with olive oil heating up and 1 clove of garlic sauteed
throw in the remainder of your left over spagetti and fry it up..
flip the spagetti until it starts to almost brown up,..
Take it out and sprinkle some parm....ohhhh yeah real good....

Shorts...I luv your food posts, but darn it anyway you drive me crazy with all of the food cravings you conjure up in me!
Since i am stuck in the house today cuz of our winter wonderland, I am passing the time away with a big batch of chili on the stove.
Fried spaghetti is awesome.
I love any noodle fried with ketchup on it. Lots of ketchup.
Ok Ok, listen closely:
You put some olive oil in a hot frying pan. Now we all use the non stick right??
dice up a clove of garlic and then put in your spagetti left over's you had last night. Fry it and flip it, then when you like the looks of it, move over Rachel Ray and eat that puppy with some parm...
Yeah, that is good stuff.
OK food lovers, ever had fried Parm?
Same concept as the fried spagetti except you shave parm and make a patty out of it and drop it into hot olive oil and fry until it is brown....let me tell you the Italians no how to cook....
So what to do with all that left over turkey?
I made turkey salad.
chop up the turkey
add diced onions (not a lot just enough) ~~~what I used was the red onions
cut up a 1/2 cup of grapes
cut up a 1/2 cup of apples
1/2 cup of pecans
1 to 2 teaspoons of honey (gage by taste only)
mayo to your you liking (I use miracle whip)
salt/pepper to taste
Put on toasted whole grain bread with a slice of tomato & romaine lettace
