BUFFALO, NY-- 2 On Your Side 2 has learned that the court action set for Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. in a Niagara County Courtroom will likely end the race for the 60th district State Senate Race.
A source within the Democratic party tells us that no one from the party will be in court to contest the results, effectively "putting an end to the election... no challenge is expected."
Thompson is an idiot.. He shouldn't waste people's time.. He was a complete failure. Word is he will run next time.. I pray there will be better candidates..

Thompson is not as bad as all that. He sure made a mistake with all of the cardboard sent through the mail and I hope this is a clue for all future candidates. It's not about you; it's about your constituents.

I don't think he conceded, it was left up to the judge to end the pain. Grisanti was ahead by 500 or so votes and there were 200 to be evaluated, so it was sent to the judge to decide the conclusion.
I stood with Grisanti's mother at the Hertel parade and met her son. Good looking and I imagine a good man.
Thompson stepped up and shook my hand.
Yes, I voted for Antoine. I also let him know how I felt about the campaign literature.
