My NYSEG supply rates have gone up and down over the last few bills. Their billing times are erratic-
12/12 - .075 per kwh
1/18 - .082 per kwh
2/10 - .071 per kwh
2/24 - .086 per kwh
My natural gas supply charge has dropped over the last couple months.
1/13 bill .86 per ccf
2/13 bill .85 per ccf
3/14 bill .80 per ccf
