Patronage will not allow reform

Lancaster will not achieve any or put forth any true cost cutting measures - relating to retirements, pay or personal benefits - at least not until all those who are now eligible retire.

The Supervisor and Patronage friends all feed off our taxes - their pay, their entitlements, their benefits and pensions are in lock step with the contracts they approve - TALK ABOUT CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

This is why they vote yes - every time they vote for Town Employees raises - contribution free health care - NYS Retirement Packages - they directly benefit - some more than others.

The Lancaster Dem Committee and the majority or their supporters are also feeding from the same source. The Dem Party Chairman/Parks and Rec Boss controls many tax funded Town Jobs. Why would they ever change this system of nepotism and patronage they have enjoyed for over 30 years +++++ ????????????????????

Supervisor Giza's recent statement about accepting money from the Boys and Girls Club - Councilman D. Stempniak collecting from an inflated NYS Tax Funded Pension while collecting her Town Board and other stipends/pay checks - shows a total lack of concern for the economic situations of the common tax payer.
