I'd rather see something like this is town versus digital signs in front of town hall... or money spent on expansion of buildings in a park etc.

Res Gps was put in the trucks in the town for a while now to keep track of employees taking vehicles out of the area. That was the main reason but the town pays dearly for the service.

But has it served it's intended purpose?

Is the information the GPS's provide being used?

Who knows! they will never tell you if it's working. Buffalo's same way purpose was to track employees in city vehicles now they want to use it to track trucks for snow removal. The city of Buffalo has been trying to figure out how to plow the streets for 50 years and still fail at it. They need hiccup Wagner to show the city how to take a liquid lunch and then plow the streets.
