POLISH AMERICAN HERITAGE FESTIVAL TO RETURN TO CHEEKTOWAGA

POLISH AMERICAN HERITAGE FESTIVAL TO RETURN TO CHEEKTOWAGA
The Polish American Heritage Festival will return this July in Cheektowaga. The event will take place July 29, 30, and 31 at Cheektowaga Town Park. The Town of Cheektowaga has partnered with the Polish American Congress, Western New York Division to bring forward a new experience for Festival attendees.
PACWNY President Jim Ławicki commented, "The Town of Cheektowaga has asked the Congress to be a partner in reinventing and bringing forward a reimagined festival. To this end we are working with the Town leadership to bring forward a first class Polish cultural experience. It will be totally different and exciting for all. It will include a parade, interactive cultural experiences, entertainment, cuisine, vendors, and more. We look forward to celebrating and promoting Polish culture with the Town of Cheektowaga."

    verb
    gerund or present participle: reinventing

change (something) so much that it appears to be entirely new.

Isn't that what it basically was originally?

And this is a good thing.

“Reinventing” and “reimagined”…. 2 horsesh*t words for “let’s ruin it and see how we can make money off it”

Having the event is a good thing. Gets people out.

I will agree with you on the "reimagined" or "reinventing" horse****.

When those who work hard in attempt to get back to normal..as in this case why is there is always someone finding a downside..Try getting involved to change thing that you feel are not proper..remember ..not every ones' choice of words to describe what they are trying accomplish have the same meaning, to others I am talking from experience as I occasionally do the same thing. If your not Polish learning something about the Polish Heritage could be a learning experience and broaden your knowledge!

In this thread from 2015, it sounds like in that Pulaski parade they made the supervisor sit in the back of the bus, so to speak.
Is that what they are going to reinvent?

Oh Boy nothing more than a political show case for the liberal democratic politicians from this area to wave and say what a great job were doing screwing this area up.
Cops will have to be on their toes as this part of the town is not the best area to hold anything yet for three days. No thanks. Go back to the July 4 problems with thuggery
God must love stupid people; He made so many

I forgot about all of that. Especially this

Some signs had to be covered while others weren't.
