Live Streaming Board Meetings
The Town of Lancaster is offering all Board Meetings live streamed as they are happening and archived afterwards on their YouTube channel. This includes Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Ethics Board, and Industrial Development Agency meetings.
This opportunity to view and listen to board meetings will further open the government to the community. To access the YouTube channel, go to the Quick Links, at the right-hand side of the Home Page, and click either “YouTube Live Streaming” or “YouTube Previous Board Meetings.” The Town of Lancaster is happy to provide more access to anyone unable to attend these governmental meetings.

The live streaming video / audio equipment has been installed, tested, and found ‘good-to-go’. The first meeting scheduled for broadcast will be the February 7,2022, Town Board meeting.
The link is already accessible for viewing. The example videos are extraordinarily sharp and the sound recording from the recent Planning Board meeting using the new microphones was clear.
Kudos again to Town Clerk Diane Terranova and Councilman Robert Leary for their time, effort, and research in bringing 21st century technology to Lancaster that provides public access to meetings enhancing government openness and transparency.
Tonight’s Lancaster Town Board meeting (Feb. 7th) will be the first livestreamed.
The meeting starts at 7 pm.
It can be accessed and viewed by pressing on the following link:

Wednesday's planning board meeting's audio was very clear.

The initial livestreaming of the Lancaster town bord meeting last night was a huge success.
The video quality was superb, and the audio was crystal clear.
Kudos to Town Clerk Terranova and Councilman Leary for their time and effort in making this happen.
