Bill Cansdale: coming to an end in Lancaster Village?

Readers, some interesting things are happening down at the VOL DPW. Either the office of the Superintendent is in for a redo, or maybe Mr. Bill is getting ready to take a final bow and exit stage right. There are still many questions about the goings-on at the DPW over the last 5 years. If the readers think all is forgotten after that last awful incident that occurred on Cansdale's watch, it has not!

I wonder what the cash-out price is right now to Bill if he did just that. Bill has been around a really long time. He's reputation is being slowly diminished the longer he stays. He was a pretty good mayor and has done a somewhat capable job as Superintendent. But that job has since passed him by. His management style does not fit today's work environment. I wonder if Mr. Cansdale knows that in his heart, and he's getting ready to say "Adios"

    Just sayin'

Why? So that the current regime can appoint another uneducated, civil servant hack like Carmen Ciccerelli to manage this group of imbeciles? Very few of those currently on staff could secure a comparable position in the private sector which is why they sell their souls to the various political engines to secure these positions.

    No more patronage jobs…

10-30-2021 posted by Blunt & his cronies
“NO DEALS, NO PATRONAGE, NO BS
END 30 YEARS OF ONE RULE PARTY.”

1-19-2022 Patronage job given to Mike Bulera

    🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

How many more patronage jobs will be handed out?

    Just curious.

Did you expect them never to hire any person? Is this person a family member of one of the new council people?

    I got some info..

Mike is rather qualified for the position. He also isn't related to any board member. Now he is registered Republican Committee member but we won't hold that against him.

Yes, is highly qualified for the position and is not related to anyone on the town board. Appears that Pilato is starting a new trend of hiring qualified candidates instead of friends and family for the Highway Department. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

You have to take care of those who sign petition and keep you in office. Isn't that the name of the game in Erie County?

Wouldn't a friend be considered someone who helped get you elected? Isn't that patronage? Was this job posted for others to Interview for or was this just a thank you to Mike for helping out ?
