"A few months ago, Town of Lancaster Town Board member Adam Dickman was caught widely circulating a vulgar video of a Lancaster village DPW worker singing a personalized version of the John Valby song entitled “End of the Month” (Google it if you have to)."
I'm curious... how was Adam "widely circulating" the video? Was he widely circulating the video as wnymedia currently is? On their website so 10000's can read the story including the 10000's that might see it on their youtube channel?

"Dickman captured this video on his cell phone and instead of properly sending it to town and village officials, he instead forwarded the video via text message to friends and fellow village employees as a "joke" that widely circulated around the village and town of Lancaster."
I'm curious but how many "Friends and fellow village employees was the video forwarded to as a text? That should all be on record on his cell phone. Have these other freinds/village employees come forward showing they received the video? Just asking
